Best PT Ive ever had! At 41, I am at my fittest and in the best shape Ive ever been, having just completed my first marathon injury free. I can honestly say I would not have achieved my fitness goals without Alexandras knowledge, expertise and motivation - if you want a PT who will push you to achieve, keep you on track and keep your workouts varied and interesting, I can highly recommend her as a PT. Alexandra is a superb personal and group trainer. She completely transformed my fitness levels and understanding of how to do exercises correctly. She completely whipped me and my sister into shape after a year of training with her. Weight training with her was not intimidating, unlike some traditional gyms, so it was a great place to start this. Her group classes are also very inspiring and motivating! I will definitely be back to personal training and classes soon.

I cannot recommend Alexandra highly enough. I enlisted her help midway through my first trimester of pregnancy when I was feeling sluggish and not myself - within a couple of sessions I had more energy back and went on to have a very smooth pregnancy staying active right up until the end. Im certain this is down to Alexandras motivation and tailored plan for me, and cant wait to get in touch post baby to pick up where we left off! If youre in a similar position dont hesitate to get in touch! Thank you x

Alex is a great personal trainer! I started going to see her because I'm having surgery on my hip. She's designed a training programme that took my hip pain and reduced mobility into account, and also focused on what I needed to recovery from surgery (glute and hip stability and also arm and shoulder strength for 6 weeks on crutches). She had clearly put a lot of thought and effort into our first session to make sure she was taking the right approach given my hip and back problems, and this level of detail and planning has been evident in all of our sessions. If the exercises are too painful, which is rare, she's able to adapt the routines during our sessions immediately to target the same muscles from but from a different angle, which I think shows her high level of her experience and expertise. I've been going to see her for 5 months and in that time I've gone from being in pain all of the time and hardly being able to do even modified press-ups to having much improved pain (if I'm working from home I often forget to take paracetamol) and doing proper press-ups and dead lifting nearly my own body weight! She strikes the right balance between being supportive and pushing me to do the last few reps of a difficult exercise.
