I can't recommend Carillon Audio Computers highly enough! My existing music production PC was struggling to cope with today's (November 2021) demands, in primarily creating midi mock-up style productions triggering a large number of VSTs. I was a little wary of buying a new system over the internet, but with Carillon I needn't have worried. Simon guided me through the whole process, from my initial enquiry to the delivery of my new PC. He understood my music production needs and made sure I got a machine that matched my requirements exactly. What really impressed me was that there was no hard sell. He researched some of my existing equipment to ensure it would work efficiently with the new system, rather than trying to include peripheral devices to replace items that didn't need to be replaced. Even now, post-sale and delivery, his technical support and advice has been on-going and first class. If the need arises, I shall definitely return to Carillon for PC-based music production equipment. Thank you!

An absolutely excellent company. This is the second studio PC I've bought from them and both have been faultless. They specialise in audio PCs and have a lot of experience and expert knowledge. Ordinarily, this much would be a 4-star review from me. The reason I've given it five stars is for the help and aftersales support they offered. They were happy to pre-install all the required drivers for my hardware and the version of the DAW I was planning to use. All I had to do was update the license. Finally, I experienced a connectivity issue with my audio interface. Although I managed to finally fix it myself, they offered a dial-in session to try and help. I thought this was above and beyond and much appreciated. Like the previous reviewer, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very professional and helpful company that make replacing a pro studio computer very easy This is the second machine I have had from Carillon. Previous machine works still fine after 10 years of heavy use but now motherboard outdated for the latest software updates. The tech service is what you need, instant and accurate. I would not consider buying a pro media machine from anyone else.
