Peter James Estates New Cross

Sadly I cant leave a good review. I would like to, since I bought my house originally through Peter James, and many people I have spoken to are lovely. But the fact is that we have gone through four offers in eight months of trying to sell a straight forward terraced house, and four buyers have ultimately fallen through with chain issues. I understand that agents cannot control issues down the chain. But zero out of four suggests more systematic problems. Im struggling to get any information now several weeks after our planned exchange date came and went. Issues down the chain, but its hard to trust that when Im told I will be updated and then hear nothing for a week. Our agent is on holiday - so who is covering? Why has no one phoned me a week after the latest deadline came and went? Have you given up? With great regret we are having to draw a line under eight expensively wasted months and go to one of the obvious big competitors who I just think have more of a desire to get things done.
