Alice is an absolutely wonderful acupuncturist. From day one she has made me feel comfortable and confident in the process, and she has fully tailored each and every session to my needs as they have changed throughout our time together. I look forward to every session as it is a lovely space to relax and I know I will be listened to. I cannot recommend AD Acupuncture highly enough!

After suffering for 2 years with womens health problems and being diagnosed with interstitial cystitis, A.D.Acupuncture was recommended to me by a friend who had previously worked with Alice. I immediately felt connected to Alice because of her own personal health journey and her kind and friendly approach to me as a patient. She listens, makes me feel heard and is so invested in helping me achieve my health goals. The way she combines her Chinese medicine knowledge and advice on Western practice is so helpful. Alongside other medical treatments and physio, this needle work is a key ingredient in my recipe for recovery. The treatment and her talking therapy often calms my symptoms immediately and I sleep so well that evening because of how relaxed I feel physically and mentally. Its my favourite hour of the week when I can completely switch off from the outside world and feel very taken care of. Alice has been with me every step of the way on my healing journey. I would not hesitate to recommend Alice and her clinic to anyone looking to try acupuncture. If youre wondering if it could help you, the answer is almost certainly yes.

My wife and I went to see Alice for a number of months to help with fertility issues that we were having (caused by medication that I was on) and quite simply she was wonderful! The whole experience was amazing, relaxing, and very well organised. Alice provides guidance not just on the eastern side of things but always considers how the treatment can go in tandem with western medicine also, so it is a really well considered, informed approach. She filled my wife and I with confidence, knowledge and smiles. But for the sceptics out there that wonder... well was it the acupuncture or the other wider treatment they had that helped them in the end? Well, i also had an issue with my shoulder, ligament damage from an injury i got about 18 months ago. I had done physio for months, had steroid injections, been seen by an orthopedic surgeon on multiple occasions, and it was still really bad. As part of my treatment, Alice also looked at my shoulder, and within 4x weeks she had completely fixed it. I am able to work out on it again completely as normal. Alice is amazing, and we couldn't have been happier with her.
