One of the worst GP. Always no appointment. You can not book online even it says on the website than you can book online, but reality is that it has to be by the phone. Still always no appointment. Thinking to change it to another one

The administration at this surgery is abysmal. They only book same day appointments which means its nearly impossible to get even a phone consultation. After it took weeks to get through only by being put on a priority list by 111 I now have to wait nearly a month to discuss blood test results. Whats the point? All of my results may change by then, any actions would be based on outdated information and practically negligent.

A completete disgrace. I've never had such a bad experience with a GP, they are literally putting lives in danger. I have been ringing for an appointment for two weeks now to renew a prescription for a vital medication, a life or death medication. As of today I have been without my medication for two weeks, with my symptoms returning. I registered with Queen's Road Partnership three weeks ago and started chasing the medication then, a week before I was due to run out, and they have been making me go round and round in circles: they either do not pick up the phone at all, or if I do manage to get through they will tell me they can not prescribe that medication without having my medical notes (which they should have as I've been registered for three weeks now, enough time for the notes to be transferred, and it's up to them to chase that) or they will tell me that the doctor is full but that they will call me back during the day. And then they never call back. My former GP confirmed they do not even need my medical notes to prescribe the medication in question, as I have empty boxes and a paper trail confirming that I take it. The male receptionist even told me that it would be quicker if I phoned my former GP and asked them to send over my medical notes, which is completely wrong because 1) it's not my responsibly to chase my medical notes and deal with the administrative side of a GP transfer, that's literally the new GP's responsibility and their job 2) it is factually incorrect, as nowadays there are no paper notes anymore and my medical file is held on a centralised online database, which my former GP does not have access to anymore, as I'm no longer their patient. Enough time has gone by since my registration with Queen's Road Partnership for the transfer to be done and Queen's Road Partnership could access my medical notes online if they cared enough to do so. All of the receptionists are incredibly rude, unprofessional, dismissive and some of them completely apathetic. My former GP called Queen's Road Partnership to enquire about the situation and told me that the receptionist who picked up, Irene, was the most unhelpful person she ever had to deal with. I do not understand why they take on new patients if they can not provide the most basic of care. If by next week they have not gotten back to me with my prescription I will make a formal complaint, as they have negatively impacted my health and endangered my life. Bottom line, DO NOT REGISTER HERE.
