        Been trying to get either a doctors appointment or a phone call back since 20th Feb (today being 16/03) was promised a call before 1pm today and guess what no phone call. People could die with negligence like this. Do I really have to go and sit up a&e for a mild chest infection where all I need is antibiotics?

        Its tough to be in the NHS, GP practices are struggling everywhere, but this place is constantly useless in a way that is beyond excusable.
