Had a number of contacts with admin, staff, doctors and nurses over the past few years and am very impressed with professionalism, care and attentiveness by all. It seems that the culture of compassion and collaborative, respectful care is really important at this surgery and I really hope these attitudes are maintained in spite of the current difficulties. I had the most amazing, kind and warm nurse do a rather difficult procedure this morning in the most exemplary way with all the compassion, skill and care imaginable. She was clearly rushed off her feet, running a bit late, but didn't rush me at any point and gave all the reassurance and comfort one could wish for. Top quality service and people! All staff deserve my deepest respect and gratitude.

I used to think this surgery was absolutely amazing and never had any faults. Now all three surgery's have combined its a nightmare to get through to your doctor. Someone who suffers with mental health likes the stability of speaking with the same person. I know this isn't always possible anyway but since they've combined its impossible to get through to someone you know. I have also been miss diagnosed on the phone three times which has had a detrimental affect on my mental health.

I can't fault this surgery the Doctors are always great however some of the Den doctors can be dismissive and arrogant even though the hospital have diagnosed me with inflammatory bowel disease, a certain doctor wouldn't take the gastroenterology consultants findings or diagnosis and ordered more test to confirm I've got it, needless to say I've not wasted nhs resources and not had the tests this dr requested, I mean they reffer you to consultants because they aren't qualified yet question the findings after a consultant confirms diagnosis but I tell you now the nurse practitioners are absolutely wonderful, I prefer to see them and they are fantastic with the kids.
