The range of products is quite astounding and the knowledge the owner has is second to none. The customer service by the staff as a whole was excellent and made the trip into Teignmouth to visit the shop very worthwhile.

I think its one thing to sell a wetsuit online for 85 and then go in person to be told the same suit costs 105. The vendors stated that it costs for staff to take time and advise. This may well be true, however, in my own case, I advised on what size I needed, I tried on the suit and purchased the suit. The end. The vendor served other customers at the same time. She did not need to dress me. If people have different prices for items they sell online V in store prices, it needs to be made abundantly clear in writing (not hidden somewhere) on the websitewhich Ive yet to find. In addition, Customers should also be told in person before the point of purchase. Hopefully this will spur the seller into making the reasons for the disparity clear on the website.
