When testing new boiler in the new location that evening it was clear that Something was clearly wrong as the heaters were warm but not hot and the back bedrooms was freezing. We bled the radiators on several occasions with no improvement. He came back (after holding our house keys to ransom) to added some extra pipe to improve the pressure- fair enough! That helped a bit but after 2 days the same thing. Back bedrooms freezing and radiators just warm not hot. We tried for months to get back in touch sending emails , texts , voicemails to ask if he could look at the boiler /radiators again. No replies to this day. His voicemail stated he was off sick until January 2023 and so we left it until he was better. Ive tried this week for some response and nothing even though he has read my whats app messages. I was never rude to him and all I asked for was call back and some advice. My bedroom is cold I have severe arthritis and Im in agony. Im over 1400 down and my bedroom is freezing ! It seems hes not off ill as Google reviews show he has been working only a few weeks ago !
I hate giving bad reviews. Im a reasonable person and have given Scott reasonable time to communicate with me and resolve this issue. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
Amendment ** Ive had a second opinion and the boiler install is of good workmanship but the issue is there is damage to the valve and radiator in the bedroom which may be the issues. Perhaps this is why he isnt responding. Either way good communication is essential when running a business. It seems it may be a quick fix but the hassle and pain has caused could have all been avoided. I have reflected the poor communication in giving 2 stars. If he had came bad and fixed the issue it would have been 5 !
