        Changed from Boots to Vision Express for convenience of locality, not been disappointed, small business makes it more personal and are equally as efficient, plus they sent me a reminder to book for appointment so 5 stars from me. Now I must add to this review after just receiving my first order of new glasses one year later, what fantastic service they have just given me, I ordered new glasses on the 15th of December, not expecting to have them for Christmas, I got the phone call to say they were at the shop ready for picking up on the 21st of December, I am over the moon and delighted with such first class service. Thank you to all the staff and the glasses are 100% perfect.
