        Raining all day but the guys never faltered. They : - knew what they had to do and the critical timings - understood nothing ever goes exactly to plan and adapted with grace and humour to the challenges - worked out alternative options when things were different or challenging. All done with no sulking - All of the above were tackled with great willingness humour and professionalism. Finally, they could laugh when things weren't right and get on with it. This made a difficult house move go much better than ever expected.
