        Lovely little tearoom in the centre of Teignmouth. The owner seems to run it on her own but is very chatty and organised. Food prepared to order but very quick. Good choice of cakes and snacks.

        I wanted an espresso - I got an espresso! That puts this place in the top few percent. Leaving the busy seafront in a hurry with not time to queue, coming by this place which I'd registered as being there, popped-in and - yes! The espresso effect, broad rich flavour - and served in proper china espresso cup. Pleasant location which is not the seafront but well worth looping by here for the real deal. They say their coffee is from a local roaster, by the way. They make a good choice. Minutes interlude as was off to next appointment, but changed the feel of the day...

        Beautiful cafe. Small but cosy. Lovely decoration. Food was nice I had a tuna toastie which came with salad. Tea came in a huge teapot. I really enjoyed my visit.
