My partner and I had requested a viewing on 3 different properties of there. Both of us regularly chased, nothing wrong with our applications according to staff, yet not one call back for to view the properties. One of them left agreed without getting the chance to view, two others still on the market unlet. Feel really sorry for the landlords putting their property through this agent. Getting no return on their investments because they are too lazy to book viewings!
