I had a great experience with Kerrie. She was really easy to talk and open up to, and to discuss issues that I had never felt comfortable talking about with anyone else. Kerrie really helped me better understand, like, and be kind to myself. My sessions with her have enabled me to grow in confidence, and to have simple and effective coping strategies to manage my anxieties and negative thoughts. Thank you Kerrie for helping me to be happier in myself, and enjoy life more.

Kerrie has a wonderfully calm presence and holds a safe space for counselling sessions. She has been a great help for equipping me with the tools to manage my own journey, moving from weekly sessions, to monthly sessions and now occasional check-ins. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a counsellor.

Kerrie is an amazing woman who is lovely to speak to. She is a very calming presence and is a very understanding person. Shes helped me immensely I wouldnt have gone to anyone else. I now feel more confident in myself with a much more positive outlook. Its great to know that Kerrie is always there if I would need to speak to her. I couldnt recommend her more. Thank you Kerrie !
