I've suffered with the foot condition plantar fascitis for several years now. Many times a wk by the end of the day I can't walk properly and getting out of bed was excruciating.
I had a lower body deep tissue massage and my god what a difference. My condition didn't disappear but everything loosened up my feet where far less painful, and Sam also used K taping which was brilliant. Now when my feet get really bad I go back and each time the good results lasts abit longer.
Very highly recommended
