I cannot recommend Chay and his team highly enough. I liked Chay as soon as he came to look at the work that I wanted done which included some major structural work,, nothing was to much trouble, he took the stress out of the whole process. Chay and his team carried out the work to the highest standard and the result is completely amazing. The Guys were professional at all times and really nice easy going people. My kitchen and hallway look unrecognisable, great local company, with a fab team. I wouldnt use anyone else. Services: Refurbishment, Garage design & building, Project management, Painting

We had some major building works done. All was project managed by Chay and tradesmen sourced which took a good deal of worry off us. The tradesmen were friendly and pleasant and respected our home by clearing up mess quickly and efficiently. One of the most outstanding aspects of Garrett Building and Maintenance Ltd Builders was reliability, if Chay said someone would turn up they did and on time. Chay and his team extended our balcony by 50% and replaced the wrought ironworks with glass and new flooring. They then fitted dormers to two bedrooms almost doubling them in size complete with new windows.Also they refurbished an existing bathroom and fitted a Velux window. We are very pleased with the work undertaken which was of a high standard especially the carpentry. We found the workmen pleasant to have around and trustworthy. We were pleased with the way they kept the house as tidy as possible, always clearing up at the end of the day. Any rubbish was cleared away on a regular basis.
