        just tried to book an appointment,,it was like 20 questions,,,she just cant want the work !!!! she says "have i done your hair before",,i said yes "years ago" ,when i told her my name, she says "dont remember you,,"you obviously cant get in the place you been going"what a responce !!!so wont be phoning her again !!!!!!!!!!!.

        Shockingly poor customer service. Attempted to book an appointment over the phone today but the hair dresser couldn't confirm for Saturday as she was fully booked. I asked when she could then arrange an appointment for - "We're usually fully booked most days". Very unhelpful and rude telephone manner.
