        Visited this beautiful little shop today and the lady who served me was so helpful regarding frenchic paint, amazing customer service. I can't wait to collect my paint and get creative!

        Terrible service and zero response. Item never received and refund never arrived. Numerous messages and emails, promises of fulfilling order and then issuing refund and still nothing. Shameful.

        Bought a beautiful dresser yesterday at Boho Reloved and had a great shopping experience with these lovely people: the owner, her mum who served me initially and then her son who delivered it with his mum a few hours later. Nothing was a problem to them. They were friendly, professional and fun. I recommend this lovely family business unreservedly
