Teign Renewables

In searching for a company to provide system maintenance for my ASHP and solar system, I contacted Teign Renewables in late 2020. After much chasing, a member of their team eventually visited to assess my system and provide a quote. Despite multiple emails which were ignored and telephone calls that were either rejected or voice messages not returned, I eventually received a quote after about 3 months of frequent chasing. The quote was similar in quantum to that from an alternative reputable provider from whom I received a courteous response within hours. I consider Teign Renewables to be unprofessional in their approach to customer service and hence do not recommend them.

Fitted new heating system to my daughters house. Teignrenewables team were very professional, tidy and did Job I good time. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
