        John fitted a lock to our airing cupboard door to prevent our grandson from tampering with our hot water cylinder. John suggested a suitable lock and did a really neat job. Not only is he a great locksmith, he is also a likeable and interesting man.

        On phoning John I was given a relatively quick appointment (after the weekend but next working day, and it wasn't urgent). He informed me of the likely cost. He turned up on time, investigated and rectified the fault fairly quickly. He created a small clean working space to ensure that none of the fiddly bits or screws got mislaid. Had a friendly conversation throughout. Final charge was as mentioned on the phone. I recommend him.
