        I went there a while ago to get the ends of my virgin hair dyed. I have quite dark hair and they were honest with me and said that it wouldn't go very light with one bleach (which is fair enough), however when I asked for dark blue, and it went green, thats not what I paid for. They then tried to convince me that it looked good and I did like the colour, however it's not the colour I asked for. They then asked if I wanted my fringe "sorted out" when I hadn't even asked for them to cut any hair. Overall staff were nice, just made me feel like I couldn't complain at the time, because I know they didn't mean any harm, but I wouldn't go there again.
