Disgusting service, we were promised a delivery of x3 boxes but when they eventually turned up they only gave us half of x1 box. They promised to deliver the rest in 2 days but never turned up. Now they are ignoring our calls and messages and have stolen our payment. We are having to seek legal advice to recover our costs

Looking on Companies House they were in the process of being struck off although this has now been suspended. They keep taking money for orders with no means or intent of fulfilling them. We are now 150 out of pocket with no delivery and are going to have to sue them. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Have bought raw cat food twice from them. I messaged them to arrange another delivery or collection. I had no response for a few days. I arranged to collect the food from their address on Boxing day. They agreed to leave the food for me as they were going out. I placed the order online and paid for it. When I arrived after a diversion from my route home there was no food. I rang and messaged with no reply. I knocked the door and could hear dogs but there was no answer. I headed home. I needed food within a few days so I ordered direct from nutriment. I sent a message asking for a refund. I finally got a reply the following day. No explanation, just sorry and agreed to refund. The food is cheaper from there but I need a reliable source.

Disgraceful service. I was a long standing customer. Ordered food for delivery 9 December, did not arrive. Chased by telephone, whatsapp and email - very poor communication (said they had to go to Scotland and asked Nutriment to supply directly to us - but I contacted Nutriment and no such order placed), so overall no food supplied and no refund offered despite a formal email request. Had to go through credit card company to seek refund. Will never use again as do not trust the proprietor, Imogen. I found another supplier local to me which is also a pet charity - happy days. I would give no stars to Lake District Raw - if "no stars" was an option. Unprofessional.
