Called to find out if firm had a tax specialist. Was told we are all accountants here, we dont provide help over the phone to someone who isnt an existing client. Totally missing the point that I was trying to become a client, but first wanted to know whether there was a tax specialist within the firm. There was no point in becoming a client if firm didnt have a specialist in tax. I think I will look elsewhere.

We have been with Evans and Co since 2013 and have always found them to be patient and understanding when explaining processes to me. Their personal approach is invaluable to me whilst i am running a very busy local business. They are always available and on the end of the phone or email to offer a highly professional service. I would not be the business i am today, growing year on year without the support from all at Evans and Co.
