But a chance meeting with Sam became a life-changing moment. Working with Sam I now have vastly improved strength, balance, stamina and posture. I had PT sessions with Sam at the Barefoot clinic in Exeter. I was pregnant and wanted to continue some kind of fitness with specific goals. It was great to have 1:1 coaching in a modern boutique gym. Sam is very professional and finds out what your goals are at your first session and then personalises the sessions to you. Sam is a brilliant personal trainer, easy to get on with, motivates you and doesn't shout order's at you like some PT's do! I would definitely reccomend Sam!

I can highly recommend Sam as a trainer, I have been training with Sam on a weekly basis for just over 5 years and he is very professional and patient. Sam doesnt just take his time during our sessions he also researches to find ways to help build strength & endurance to compliment me being a pole dance instructor. Sam has also helped me prep for CrossFit competition, shred for photo shoots. Whatever your goals are if it just getting into fitness, to loose a bit of weight, bulk up, or prep for competing, Sam is the personal trainer you need on your fitness journey
