        There nothing like a weekend walk to blow away the cobwebs & help you switch off from the world fortunately Devon is full of wonderful places to explore by foot the obvious choices are Dartmoor,exmoor & the south west coast path all of which are spectacular what ever the time of year but its easy to overlook some of the smaller lesser known spots in between one of those is eggesford forest is on the tarka train line between Barnstaple & Exeter nearby forest are good places to check out as well is Abbyford woods/nothcombe/fernworthy forest/stoke woods Ex18 7Qu
