Interestingly converted redundant old railway station sympathetically converted to accommodate several self contained properties retaining some features of the old working station. It is nice to see this structure repurposed instead of being demolished as so many others have been.

Stayed here at the Ticketing Hall. The owners have made great use of some of the original features. There is a large and well-equipped kitchen, good bathrooms, and light and airy bedrooms. However the decor is dated, and the sofa and armchairs are horribly uncomfortable and worn-out. The rear patio, which used to be the station platform, could be a lovely feature, however as it is totally overlooked by the social housing block next to it and is essentially a tarmac surrounded by fences, it feels more like a tired industrial yard. It served the purpose we needed it for, but I wouldn't recommend it to someone else. Especially for the premium price charged in summer season.
