        Sanctuary Housing owns Armada Court. I have a friend who lives in one of the flat's, ground floor. In his time of living there, 8years, Sanctuary have spent no money on any of the flat's, 35 in all, to make the flats more liveable, for the residents who are retired. And all have health problems. And, my friend has waited two year's and still waiting for a water leak in his bathroom to be repaired and for the bathroom to be converted into a wet room. Utterly disgrace. I wouldn't think anyone of retirement age and of I'll health should show interest in wanting to live there.
