        When my 15 year old son fractured his femur, the post surgery rehab that he received from Mike and Jane was effective, motivational and empowering. The orthopaedic surgeons fixed his fracture. Jane and Mike fixed his tendons, ligaments, muscles, nerves and confidence.

        Excellent place and great team. Two visits with Jane and I felt so much better. I just wish I had gone years ago instead of suffering for so long. Looking forward to joining the online masterclasses.

        I've been attending two of Jane's pilates classes a week via Zoom. Absolutely brilliant teacher, has made all the difference to a long-standing back condition. I can only hope online classes become part of the timetable.

        Personally can I say how pleased Ive been with your clinic. You personally help to keep me running in my last bout of training and Im sure when I commence my training again in December our paths will cross again. In the meantime I continue to see Ellie on a regular basis for a sports massage which has been so beneficial and will be ongoing. Also you reception team are so lovely and friendly. I do and will continue to use and recommend your services.
