Pat Penny is an outstanding therapist. Her intelligent reading of the body makes her massages a truly transformative experience. Not only do you feel rejuvenated and healed but you also learn what your own body needs to maintain its optimal state. I run regular yoga retreats and all my students love having massages with Pat in between yoga classes. Working with Pat on these intense weekends is a joy. Her professionalism means I can utterly rely on her. The students love her and I have never had anything but tremendously positive feedback. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Pat is amazing! She is the only massage therapist who can "fix" the various kinks in my body. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and always know just where to go and how to heal. I recommend Pat to anyone looking for bodywork.

Pat is a real find - and her treatments become part of your life enhancing activities. I have been having regular massages with her for some years now and can honestly say they have been life changing. I am understanding my body better, breathing properly, standing more upright, freeing my neck, and generally feeling more in control and taller! Definitely rate Pat as 5 star.

I have been receiving massages from Pat Penny for several years now, and am always blown away by how intuitive and effective her treatment sessions are. She treats the whole of your body and has an incredible ability to zone in on the area/s in need of some attention. She is thorough, and informed, and gentle and kind. The time and efforts that she commits to training and continual improvement mean that she is constantly offering new ways of looking at an 'obstacle'. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Pat is just wonderful! Her knowledge of the human body is second to none and best of all she understands how to fix it when things go wrong!! She is passionate about helping each client to return to a state of feeling at ease in their body without the niggling aches, pains and stiffness that seem to multiply as I get older. She is great at explaining how to maintain the benefits I feel after my sessions with her. I also love the fact that she genuinely cares about each of her client and asks for feedback as to how you are feeling after each session. I can not recommend Pat highly enough.
