We commissioned Nathan and his team at an early stage when we were planning to have new windows and a back door made and fitted on our grade 2 listed thatched Devon cottage. Right from the first contact with Felicity in the office we were confident that we had made the right choice. Wonderful Felicity was always there to help with any queries throughout the process and Nathan was a great help during the planning stages with professional advice and offering his valued opinion. The windows and doors were grafted to an exceptionally high standard and finish and all fitted expertly within 3 days by Nathan and Tom with the minimum of inconvenience and mess. I have just had new sash windows made and installed by Nathan McCarter and his team. The windows are beautifully made of accoya timber which has an exceptionally long life. The windows arrived already painted with a high quality finish, and were installed over a 3 day period. This involved removal of the old rotten windows and installation of the new, followed by detailed finishing and cleaning up. They look superb and are so well designed, fitted and finished, giving the house a real uplift! Not only does Nathan manage and run the business with his wife Felicity, he is also hands on designing, making and fitting as needed. His extremely well trained staff are thorough and professional working to high standards and I have total confidence in their work from the design stage to completion. I highly recommend this company and will be asking them to work again soon for me on another project.

A simple google search for wooden windows in Cornwall took me to Nathans company. A prompt follow up phone call and a request to send them some approximate measurements and photos started the process off. They have been prompt, clear and honest. We enjoyed visiting the factory to be showed around by the very helpful Tom. Once agreed they gave us a date ( 10 months hence ) and promised they would stick to it ! The arrived on the day they had promised and in three days fitted our seven new and beautiful looking windows. Nathan and Mark ( Tom on the first day ) were easy to have around - worked diligently and left everything tidy. I cannot recommend them highly enough and am delighted with the product - thanks !
