        Used the new cafe within the Leisure centre... WOW! The warmest most genuine welcome we've had in a long time. Service & customer care is everything to these new owners. Really had a home from home feeling especially as our puppy was allowed to go in with us. Yes, dog friendly too. Can not recommended highly enough. Will definitely be our stop point every time we travel up to see my very poorly mum. Thank you for helping to put a smile on our faces at this hard time

        Such a friendly gym. The staff are a lovely. I highly recommend barbell fit and core classes with Tom to get super fit and toned and also Ashleigh classes will get you super fit too !! and have a giggle while doing them. I recommend this as a place to train and feel welcome . The new Cafe offers a few cheeky snacks but also protein shakes and other healthy smoothies . Definitely worth a visit
