Rowenna is truly great at what she does. Since working with her Ive always felt safe and heard and she takes the time to support and guide you through all the uncomfortable and eye opening parts of your journey. She adapts each session to your needs and remains accessible in between sessions to help process things even more. Im so happy Ive started working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for clarity, and calm and to flush out all the uncomfortable parts of you thats holding you back.

Rowenna Is incredible at what she does. Immediately I felt at ease and calm. Rowenna has such an indepth knowledge and a very relaxing persona. I can honestly say that I came away feeling so much better than I had and I will continue to see Rowenna for sessions. I would recommend Rowenna and her hypnotherapy to anyone .

Since the first time I met rowenna she made me feel instantly at ease. She has helped me heal from historical trauma and also with the general struggles of daily life in this Modern world with a family. Rowenna is patient and understanding and has helped me with my outlook on life in general. Its very nerve wracking when you meet someone to open up and bare all but although some things were difficult, Rowenna has helped me through the process and for all that she has helped me with, I shall always be incredibly greatful to rowenna. Very apprehensive when I had my first session, however that very quickly went. From day one Rowenna has helped so so much. She has enabled me to have a more positive outlook on life. I couldn't recommend her high enough. My 14 year old has also seen Rowenna and absolutely loved the relaxed atmosphere. Rowenna has such a kind soul and just being around her is calming.
