As a pregnant lady, with quite frankly appalling midwife, Tavyside Health Centre were able to ease my mind where another service badly let me down. Thank you for your assistance and support Tavyside.

First class service from Claire at Lifton Dispensery today. Claire is always friendly, helpful and very efficient but today she was exceptional. Claire liaised with Exeter Hospital and quickly obtained details of the medication that was required for my husband. Without her input he would not have been able to continue his treatment after discharge from an emergency stay. Thank you Claire, we feel lucky to have you and our fantastic surgery at Lifton.

Absolutely discussed with the phone manner of the reception team at this doctor surgery, after giving a sample on Thursday 30th of May and being admitted to derraford on request of the doctors the same day, and then being given advice by the surgeons in the sau in derraford to get in contact with your gp or return to the ward if problems persist, when I was discharged without official discharge paperwork incase problems persisted 2 days later, Wednesday 5th of April and issues still persisting so I decide contact my gp as a first port of call, although it's acceptable for there to be no apionments for 3 weeks due to a crisis in primary care the issues I am facing are needing to be seen to urgently, the reception staff made this appear impossible and were rather rude whilst making this known, although the doctors at this surgery are fantastic the reception staff let the doctors down,I shall be requesting a transfer from this surgery due to the reception staff alone, your attitudes are despicable and need to be adjusted imidiatly
