Excellent service, fantastic quality of both gates and electronics. Excellent workmanship. I did have to wait almost 12 months for them from ordering to finished installation, due to several unfortunate circumstances, but really worth it. Delighted with my hardwood electronic gates. Thank you.

My elderly father overpaid this company by 1290. I have been several weeks trying to get a refund of the overpayment. Nothing has been forthcoming apart from excuses. You cannot speak to a human being, the phone always goes to answerphone. I am totally frustrated by this shocking lack of customer service and my father is out of pocket .*** UPDATE, the situation has now been resolved by Kirsty and dad has received his money back along with compensation. **UPDATE** So now you are calling me a liar claiming I said I never made a claim when I clearly have all the evidence that I actually did start a claim if you actually looked into how it worked you would realise that you cant fully submit the claim until my notice was up that I had given the company. Idid seek legal advise not to forget I have every single email saved and I definitely asked for a refund more than once you only agreed to my last attempt because I sent a 14 day before claim letter which personally you would have lost in court otherwise you would not have refunded my non refundable deposit. I wont go into it much as I have WON this matter and I feel you are trying to back track and make it out I am in the wrong which is interesting because Trading Standards have since contacted me about the issue? I honestly would avoid them 100% I placed an order at the start of August 2022 for a custom made Garage door paying 50% of the cost upfront. Since then it has been an absolute nightmare I was constantly chasing them enquiring about the door they never approached me first the amount of excuses they came up with to delay my order was unreasonable in the end I agreed to accept a different door not even what I ordered to hurry up the process and even this did not work as they kept delaying the process again and again. I asked for my full refund which they originally declined which forced me to seek legal advise and start a small claims court proceedings I then got agreement they would refund me and I only think they refunded because it would have cost them interest, compensation and court fees as I was advised may my legal team. The company seems like a big scam with very bad customer service and care for their customers. I would strongly advise to anyone to pay that little extra and go with an actual reliable company they have caused nothing but problems and unnecessary stress it took me a day under 26 weeks dealing with this disaster and finally getting my money back. If anyone else is in the same position do not be scared to follow the process that citizen advise give and get your hard earned money back. Not once did I receive a phone call in the process from the company.

I dont often write reviews but in this instance was so pleased with the service and product (electric double garage doors and retro fitted electric gate) that I felt compelled to do so. Really friendly company to deal with at all stages, with excellent communication. They went out of their way to accommodate needs and they completed a quality and very neat job. I like that they actually listened to what I wanted. Included a specially designed and elegant structural solution to the build as well with a bespoke steel support for the build. All this still came in cheaper than competitors! Great job many thanks!
