I used the international department to troubleshoot the problem on my green mech chipper the engineer arrived at my house in Portugal and the problem was identified within minutes. Parts sent over to Portugal for me to fit and its now running perfect. Many thanks to Doug and Liz. Top service as always. Highly recommended.

Ordered a new saw from this place. Warning they use FedEx! They do not ask for anyone over the age of 18 to be present when receiving the parcel. My new chainsaw was apparently just left outside and went missing! I was told to contact my bank to get a refund and Travistock would claim against FedEx. This did not happen! I claimed against my bank and D S Bennett/Travistock are objecting the claim. Don't be fooled by the low prices it will probably cost you double in the end by using this company first. If I do not get my money back through my bank like D S Bennett/Travistock requested I do, I will be filing it through small claims court.

Clearly saves costs to his service by dumping his commercial waste outside other peoples houses - not very nice and rather illegal. Photos retained for sending to the local council fly tipping enforcers if repetition occurs.
