Superb! Well organised and communicative. Helpful, considerate and (within practical limitations) as flexible as can be. Knowledgeable and experienced. Trust woorthy. Extremely good with our two dogs, one of which suffers from separation anxiety. Lucy was well prepared, fitting in a visit to meet the dogs the evening before, picking up on the games we play with the dogs, and clearly knowing what's she's doing. She sent us photos of the dogs throughout the dog sitting. We didn't expect or ask her too. The dogs where having as good a time as we were... The dogs got on very, very well with Lucy form start to finish. I think we got on with her almost as well too,,, but she''l be the judge of that. ;) Highly recommended.

I have used Happy Tails Cleaning Service for years now. The service provided is second to none. Im always so pleased with the standard of cleaning provided by Lucy and her team. Very professional and well run. Great communication and always go that extra mile to accommodate any request I make. I would not go elsewhere and highly recommend.

Have been previously happy with their services however, I have been let down on the cleaning front with numerous changes of staff and Lucy does not allow for cross-cover despite having other cleaners, so you get dumped, this is unacceptable when trying to run this as a business. Has the cheek to say when someone cancels a clean, does that person find another client for them? Thats the joy of running a business and I do not take kindly to rude and abusive messages being sent when I complain. After all, youre a cleaner and Im paying you for your service and when you drop below par, I have every right to complain. As for their dog care, one of our dogs had to have emergency surgery, in their care whilst we were on holiday due to running the dog in an area that was unsafe, this resulted in a 600 bill which fortunately was covered under their PL however, they have since changed their contract wording to say despite you being away and leaving your dogs in their care, the dogs are still your responsibility. This makes you unable to claim on their insurance. All I can say is, read the small print.
