Abbey Surgery

First of all I would like to say how impressed me and my wife Steph are with Abbey surgery we can't speak highly enough about it, add to that myself and Steph we're waiting for a bus outside the parkhome site at Horrabridge today, when Dr Ross who I'm sure had more important things to do stopped and gave us a lift into Tavi, many thanks Dr Ross that was very much appreciated Graham and Steph

Receptionist had a very bad attitude and was rude to me on the phone. They need to get better people skills and manners!

8 phone calls over 3 days to get eye drops for conjunctivitis (again) and still dont call back and say call back tomorrow. 4th day lucky I doubt it! Daughter stuck at home because the way they are set up no one will talk to you before 11am. After that they say they will do something and dont. Used to be much better back in the day now little to no empathy. All this hassle for eye drops!

Great team of nurses here have been here most weekdays for the past 8 weeks to have a wound cleaned and redressed cannot fault them at all they work hard trying to get through all the patient's appointments they have Also the reception team are friendly polite cheerfull Just be thankfully that they are here for you

I must praise the staff here and a special thank you to Dr Herbert, countless times they have been very helpful and caring. I have personally have never had anything but positive interactions with them.
