Always 5* reviews for cleanliness and comments such as spotlessly clean in the guest book frequently. Tracey is absolutely amazing at keeping in touch regarding our holiday home and does such a great job. She trains up her team to such a high standard that we can always be sure of a reliable service. Its so reassuring to be in such safe hands over the last year - especially throughout COVID Tracey was on the ball, organising, and using the highest quality products with her knowledge of cleaning regulations and legislation. From the first phone call she was so welcoming and had so much useful advice. Thank you!

I have used this service for years now. Efficient and professional. Kind and hard working cleaners. I wouldn't go with anyone else. If you need cleaners and are in the Tavistock area I advise you try these guys. 5/5 10/10 Thank you for reading. - James Davies.

We changed laundry providers in spring this year. We run a 9 bed guest house. Tracey and her team are brilliant. The laundry is well organised, always clean. It's very rare to even find a mark on anything (we do accept that you can't pick up everything in a wash but previously we might have to change the sheet a few times to find one that met the standard as spotless; that is now a very rare occurence). The invoicing is punctual, collections are friendly and communication is amazing. We also get a checklist of what was sent in the bundle and any issues (so it's easy to know where to check/question). They also phone if something is not right - which is so helpful and respectful of our business. Not only that but brilliant advice and support on linen purchase (although the hire rates are incredibly fair, we already had our own). Thank you Tracey and the team... from everyone at Ramblers Rest!
