My deposit and some other fees were not refunded for 5 months despite being told it would be refunded. And it is currently non-refundable. The official, who was honest and friendly during my stay, then made various excuses not to refund. I definitely do not recommend. Not an honest business. If you want to stay in a place that lies, does wrong, doesn't respect your rights, welcome. So I will have to notify HMRC for the billing details I did not receive, contact the Council for the accommodation facility not refunding my money, and perhaps deal with litigation. What a holiday!
