Jan and Mark are by far the best hosts we have ever experienced. From a warm welcome to a friendly goodbye, they were always available on hand if needed but weren't intrusive in anyway like we have experienced in different b and bs before. We stayed two nights in the top floor suite which is beautifully furnished and designed with luxury. The views are great and the location is perfectly positioned for easy access into Town. The breakfasts are fantastic and the menu is well varied. They also had lovely touches such as personal breakfast menus and even gave us a lovely anniversary card. We have stayed in a few different air b and bs and hotels in Tavistock but number 58 has by far been our most favourite stay. Jan and Mark really are the best hosts, thankyou so much and we will definitely be back. Lucy and Ray xx

Words can't describe the luxury I felt whilst staying. Just wished I would have stayed longer. From the time Jan greeted me to the time I left, with Jan and Mark staying in the doorway until I couldn't see them, I felt so welcome. The room I stayed in was much larger and more luxurious than I imagined. Everything I needed was there. I always take extra shampoo etc as I often find the complementary bottles not quite enough. My extras didn't make it out of my suitcase at No 58. The bed was so comfortable and it was so nice to have armchairs as well as a desk chair. The views from my room were lovely. I sat and watched the bowlers for a while. A very short stroll takes you to the lovely sensory garden and park. You can then take a stroll along the river path into the centre. There was so much choice for breakfast and the food itself was exceptional. I just so enjoyed my stay.

Fully recommend this B&B, amazing reception and very pleasant owners. Huge bed which we loved and the dcor was extremely pleasing. Very clean and everything in working order. Twinnings Tea in a wide variety in the rooms with particular care on plastic usage by having reusable water and milk containers rather than disposable which was brilliant!
