        My experience with Visage has been a struggle and I haven't actually managed to book yet. I submitted a "contact us" request through the website which was never replied to, so I then called up instead, to book an appointment on a Saturday, but they are actually closed on Saturdays even though it says they are open on their website from 8am - 3pm. I then went to use the "book online" option on the website and it doesn't work I am still hopeful I am going to be able to book in and I am sure it will be worth it in the end, but the booking/communication/website experience has been such a challenge that I hope this spurs it on to be looked at and improved.
