Dean and Dan have just finished rendering my bungalow with K-Rend and they have done a first class job. They were very professional and friendly and I am so happy with the result. They kept me informed all the way through and I would be happy to recommend them. At the end of each day they cleared up after themselves and left the property looking tidy.

We had a very tricky end wall to repair and seal. Many plasterers would not even quote due to the lack of space between my wall and my neighbours' bungalow. In some places, there are only a matter of inches between the roof and the wall. Dean warned me that prices were rising and that I would have to wait, but he came when he said he would, stuck to the original price quoted, and worked quickly and neatly. He explained what he was doing at each step, and why he recommended extending the render, to wrap around some damaged brick work down the side of the wall and round to the front to prevent further erosion. His crew changed from day to day, so I met each son in turn, and every one of the men was cheerful, positive and polite despite the extreme heat. Teamwork was excellent and all were skilled at preparing and applying the render etc. Dean advised me as to the colour, which was probably a very good thing! He also offered advice on a roofing issue. We were happy to use a local firm, so, 'cheers' to Dean and his workers!
