Simon was supportive and professional. He guided us through the funeral arrangements for my father in a caring and considerate manner enabling the day to pass as smoothly as possible under the saddest of circumstances and the whole day went as well as I imagined it could. He was also very helpful with additional things such as locating and procuring a very beautiful and tranquil burial spot within a stones throw of where my parents used to live and enabling equality for a wheelchair user to attend the funeral. I would thoroughly recommend Robert Minns Funeral Services and will use Simons services again in the event of further sad news.

Brilliant service with kind and friendly staff! My Mum died recently and my Dad told us to use Robert Minns Funeral service. I was so glad we did. Simon has been a funeral director for years and the experience really helped. He gently found out about Mum and then went through what was going to happen and what needed to be organised. He then proceeded to organise everything apart from the flowers and the wake. Not only can I not recommend him highly enough, I will certainly be using his services again when my Dad dies and I hope my family will use him when I die. Absolutely fantastic in a very hard time!

I would fully endorse and recommend Simon from Robert Minns , his professionalism and care made a very sad and stressful time into something more manageable, He is nicely situated in a country setting in a lovely building with a roaring fire , All our needs were met ( even the ones we didnt know needed meeting ) . Dads send off was everything he would have wanted , the cost was also a lot more reasonable than I had imagined, I have a funeral plan for myself and have put Robert Minns as my preferred funeral director, Once again Thank you

Simon Minns is far too jolly and insincere to be a funeral director. Sloppy, arrogant, unprofessional, overly familiar, very disrespectful and insulting. He was quick to ask for payment. Once the money had been paid all interest in attending to our needs quickly evaporated. The funeral service itself was as good as such an event could be. I regret using this 'funeral director'. No-one asked us how we were coping nor for any feedback. The family did not want to make a complaint as this would have been more trauma.
