I was so worried about whether or not to go down the wig line with my aloplecia. I finally decided to be brave and contacted Lucy for a consultation. She put me at ease immediately and I felt confident in her knowledge and capability. After an initial fitting and a few tweaks here and there, I am over the moon with my wig. I wish id done it years ago. I would highly recommend Lucy, she is professional, friendly and so good at making you feel great.

Luci is great. She puts you at your ease as soon as you walk in the door. I had my first wig from her about five years ago and when it came to renewing it I wouldnt have gone anywhere else. Ive just had my new wig and am delighted with it. Luci has already messaged me to ask if everything is ok. Hows that for service! Brilliant.

Luci is such a lovely lady and totally professional. She made me feel relaxed and confident. The wig is amazing, and my family and friends were astonished to see it looking so natural. When I was in hospital, even the staff did not know I was wearing a wig, and one nurse even commented on how lucky I was to not be having hair loss..of course I had list my hair due to the Chemotherapy treatments! Luci is so helpful when it comes to making appointments for me as I have to fit around other appts and transport availability and Chemotherapy treatments. I always come away feeling positive, and that is really important for me. Would highly recommend Luci if you feel the need for a wig for life, or have any kind of hair loss or just want a hair piece for a special occasion.
