I had the pleasure of dealing with Julian when I enquired about a used Lexus I had found on Autotrader. It had come in as a part exchange for their approved used cars. I booked a test drive and the appointment was relaxed and easy with no sales pressure put on me. I was free to go off and play with the car and discuss with my partner about it in peace, which was really appreciated. That day I had left a deposit on the car and they sweetened the deal with 3yrs alloy wheel cover and had 12 months warranty included. Not bad. On collection day unfortunately the battery was found flat on pre preparation, and the car would not start. The technician came out and apologetically explained the situation. They quickly acted and had ordered a new battery and had it on site and fitted within 30 minutes! Not only did they do all they for free, they also did it in a timely manner and made me feel valued as a customer. I will certainly recommend buying used cars from them as their customer service was excellent. I am in love with my new car and really rate my experience at VW Taunton. Thank you Julian! Harry

Would give no stars if possible. Ezz in sales was unbelievably unhelpful. Seems when he moved from Yeovil VW to Taunton he left a reputation behind.
