        Booked a ride this morning at 9.30am. 1pm pick up and drop off at the Taunton train station. Called at 1.05pm to see where he was and he'd forgotten all about us. Said it would take 10 mins to get us, which would mean we'd miss our train. Had to drive ourselves to the station in the end. Would have missed the train had it not been delayed by 4mins.
