Buff Urban Day Spa

Taunton branch, would not recommend this place. I booked a month in advance and paid a deposit for me and my sister to have a French manicure and pedicure. I explained it was for my sisters WEDDING DAY which was to take place the following day. Due to I'll health I was not able to attend but sister did and they told her they had ran out of the white nail polish...!! They offered to give her colour, having no time to make other arrangements she had to make do. How does a spa run out of this, why didn't they let us know in advance so that we could have made arrangements else where. Every time there are pictures shown of the rings she will be reminded of this. How could a company do that to someone on such an important day in their life. And having paid 95 for the nail colour she didn't want. Within 10 days, whilst on her honeymoon the shellac had worn off on her feet and the nailpolish on her hands had completely peeled. I have explained this via email to Buff Spa in Taunton who finally answered (a week later) saying they wanted photos... Yes.. Buff spa... cause when you are on your honeymoon the thing your thinking about is to take photos of your hands and nails looking so bad (so the company who did this to you can have a photo of them... And do what? ) Buff Spa, this is a real bad job And the contact I have had from you since....NOTHING! Rubbish service and terrible customer service.
