I wonder if the owner/s know exactly how poorly their customers are treated nowadays?! 3 days of calling due to my faulty cctv system (and I pay them an annual maintenance charge), and 3 days of being promised someone will call me back. Which of course they don't, which has generally been my experience with them from the beginning. I'll try again tomorrow. I'm glad they think its ok to waste other people's time.

This company have become increasingly worthy of a 1 star review. They installed some cctv cameras for me quite a while ago and were very good, since then i've asked for a number of other services, alarm, more cctv etc and i've been given nothing but the run around and broken promises. Not responding or, responding and lying seems to be the norm for Andy there, and a couple of other staff too. They are all literally unaccountable to anyone. Nobody seems to run this business. I would sadly say avoid at all cost.

Having met with Chris Pitman, chatting, laughing and being confident signing a service agreement with Coomber Security, we were very quickly let down. Communication with the office and engineers was very slow, very poor and this never improved. When the engineer finally turned up, only one arrived. The service agreement was for a block of 10 flats with emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, buzzer intercom system and all smoke and heat sensors in the 10 flats. Definitely not manageable by 1 engineer. The engineer arrived late, left promptly and did not service the above to any level of acceptable business. I complained and received 50% back and they dropped our business. I wouldn't recommend, I wouldn't ever use again and I am thoroughly let down.

Having used this firm for almost 20 years, I have become increasingly disillusioned about the customer service. Installation has always been to a market rate, and i have no reason to feel that has changed. However, we have been invoiced for work that wasn't done (credits since received), unresponsive to emails, and phone calls, with only 1x person doing the jobs of many. Rob weaver is a nice guy, but I can only say I feel consistently let down by vague promises and a lack of subsequent action. A shame, as the organisation clearly has suffered (as have we all) but an unclear management structure with unclear responsibility seems to hold back any desire for improvement. Despite promises by the company representive, I still await call back for the MD. Good luck anyone who sticks with the company. Once they install, you are stuck with them, so consider carefully if you want good service, as it seems severely lacking here.
