        Took a week and 2 chaser calls to call back to fix a CCTV box that was supplied by them. Then advised earliest appointment date would be over a week away. It was clear during the conversation that they were just not interested in the work that's after having 2 full home alarm systems fitted by them in the past. So if after sales is important to you...
