        Potential for a great venue but sadly not able to cater for a pre-booked group where the food requests had been submitted. They were Sunday roast which were cool to cold on arrival, the group all commented on the lack of heat. Took an age to receive the horseradish meaning the meal just got colder. Waitress appeared in experienced with no one helping her, she seemed nervous and hardly any interaction with her customers A disappointing experience.

        We like the atmosphere of the the pub. All the staff are very friendly. And the food is always very good.

        Rediscovered this place having not been for a few years. So glad I did. Lovely mid-week evening meal. Nice atmosphere that strikes a nice balance between a decent restaurant and a rustic country pub. Staff were excellent, super friendly and very efficient and the food was great. Will definitely be coming back.
